Open-configuration portable x-ray computed tomography (CT) is a technology that enables the volumetric inspections of regions interest on large parts. The open-configuration aspect CT allows it to be and applicable irregular parts are not conducive conventional booth setups or ring geometry. inherent problem with setup lack mechanical controls determine geometry between source, detector, part.
